Ethiopians dominate Valencia Half marathon

Ethiopians dominated Valencia Half Marathon with Yomif Kejelcha and  Senbere Tefere winning men and women’s title respectively.

Kejelcha won the title in 59:06 ahead of Kenya’s Bernard Ng’eno to second place in 59:08 while Ethiopia’s Jemal Mekonnen was third clocking 59:10.

In the women’s category, Senbere Tefere from Ethiopia clocked 65:32 beating Netherlands’ Sifan Hassan who timed 65:53 while Kenya’s Joan Melly was third in 66:10.
