Ugandan Everline Magala emerged the winner of Kenya Ladies Open played today on par 71 Eldoret golf course.
Leading by example, the Uganda Ladies Golf Union (ULGU) Magala played four over gross 76 to win the medal tournament ahead of Sunday’s Stable Ford on the same course.
With her prowess, Magala played five over 39 in the opening nine after sinking four pars and five bogeys before adding six pars a birdie and two double bogeys to end the back nine with one over 37.
She was followed by Kitale member Naomi Nafula who played eight over 79 beating visiting J. Wanjiru on count back.
Martha Babiyre and Agnes Nyakio were 4th and 5th positions respectively.
