The family of former Olympic Games 800m bronze medalist Wilson Kiprugut Chumo has said that he will be laid to rest next week.
The legendary athlete died yesterday and will be buried on Friday next week in his home in Kericho.
According to the family, the legendary runner will be buried at his Kipchebor home in Ainamoi Constituency, Kericho County.
The body was moved to the Siloam hospital mortuary before a postmortem is conducted.
Chumo has for several years been battling hypertension and diabetes and has been confined to his homestead.
