Francis Mutuku: My priority is Commonwealth and Youth Olympics

Serving National Olympics Committee of Kenya (NOCK) Secretary General Francis Mutuku has hope that he will win the presidential position during elections set for April 24th.

Mutuku, who wants to replace outgoing President Paul Tergat, will be facing off with Shadrack Maluki at the polls.

Speaking after presenting his papers with his team ahead of the polls, Mutuku said that his vision for Kenyan sports speaks.

He added that his top agenda is fast-tracking preparations for Commonwealth Games in Glasgow as well as the Youth Olympics in Dakar.

According to his line up, the Boxing Federation of Kenya (BFK) president Anthony Otieno Jamal will be the first vice president while the current NOCK treasurer Anthony Kariuki will be seeking second vice president position.
