Rachier and Omondi remains unopposed ahead of Gor Mahia polls

Ambrose Rachier will be heading into the Gor Mahia election unopposed during the exercise set for April 13th at the Nyayo stadium.

Rachier, who has been at the helm of the club for 17 years, will be seeking to defending his chairman’s position after the final day of submission.

Gor’s election board chair Gichu Wahome released the names of aspirants in various posts. As Rachier goes unopposed, so is vice chairman’s position that will be held by Victor Omondi as the only nominee.

Sam Ocholla will be contesting to retain his Secretary General’s position against Radio Jambo presenter Joseph Oyoo alias Gidi Gidi and Nicanor Arum.

Treasurer post has attracted two contestants, Gerphas Ogola and Philip Nyakwana.
