After losing 9 out of 9 matches, Kenya shone against fellow Africans Cameroon 3-1 (25-15, 26-24, 14- 25, 25-21) to finish the tournament on high note.
The win the second against Cameroon with the African Games final in Morocco.
At the world Cup, China was crowned world champion after finishing top of the 12-team table standings in this competition with a hundred per cent record.
