Gor and Sofapaka match to highlight mid-week fixtures

Champions Gor Mahia and high-flying KCB will be in action on Wednesday and Thursday to consolidate in the Kenya Premier League matches.

The two matches at Kasarani and Wundayi stadium will be a great show after FKF announced that the leaders come June 30th will represent the country at the CAF Champions league.

Gor will be traveling to coast to play the 2009 champions Sofapaka at the Wundanyi on Thursday at the stadium while KCB will be hosted by relegation bound Mathare United at Kasarani on Wednesday who fired and hired coach Salim Ali and Frank Ouna respectively today.

KCB, who picked a point from leaders Tusker on Saturday with a barren draw at Ruaraka, lies third on 30 points while Mathare lying at the bottom of the table with 10 points.

Gor, who extended their winning ways against returnees Nairobi City Stars take on Sofapaka who beat Wazito 2-0.
