Champions Gor Mahia will be facing off with Nzoia Sugar as they return into the local football after exiting CAF Confederation Cup courtesy of Napsa Stars.
Gor who lost 3-2 in aggregate face Nzoia who last lost to leaders Tusker will be hosting the match at the Sudi stadium.
Nzoia Sugar FC sit 13th in the league with 14 points from 13 matches while Gor are ninth on the standings with four games in hand.
In other matches, leaders Tusker face newbies Bidco United at the Kasarani Annex.
Tusker FC is six points clear of their closest challengers KCB, and will be coming up against Bidco United that edged Mathare
