Kenyan Hellen Onsando Oiri and South African Adraan Wildshutt were the winners of today’s New York half marathon held in the USA.
In women, Obiri once again edged out former New York City marathon chamlion Sharon Lokedi to win the race in 66:33 with Lokedi coming second at 67:10 before Ethiopian Senbere Teferi completing the podium at 67:55.
In men, Wildshutt won the title after clocking 59:30 ahead of American Zouhir Talbi (59:41) and kenyan Abel Kipchumba’s 59:49.
