Homeboyz, Bidco, Gor and Nzoia win

Leaders Kakamega Homeboyz, Bidco United, Gor Mahia and Nzoia Sugar were the winners in today’s Kenya Premier League matches.

Homeboyz defeated Posta Rangers 1-3 in a match played at Thika stadium.   David Okoth scored first for Homeboyz in the 15th minute before Stephen Opuku doubled in the 22nd minute and Silvester Owino securing the win in the 36th minute and Brian Otieno scored a consolation in the 31st minute.

At Thika stadium, Bidco defeated Nairobi City Stars 2-0 with Jacob Onyango opening the score in the 54th minute and peter Nzuki sealing the victory in the 76th minute.

Former champions Gor Mahia won 2-1 winners against former champions Ulinzi Stars. Samuel Onyango and George Odhiambo were on target for Gor and Brian Birgen netting the consolation for the soldiers.

Former champions Nzoia Sugar were 3-0 winners over former champions Mathare United when Boniface Munyendo struck as brace before Kenya juma’s scored handed millers all points.

Champions Tusker were held to a one-all draw against newbies Kenya Police with Shaphan Oyugi score securing the point for champions in the 20th minute after Harun Shakava’s 4th minute strike.

KCB and Sofapaka played to a barren draw at Kasarani.
