Kakamega Homeboyz humiliated Western Stima as Posta Ranger drew against ten men AFC Leopards in the FKF Premier League match played today at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega and Ruaraka Grounds.
Using home advantage, Homeboyz thrashed their neigbhours Stima 4-0 with Ranger putting a break on the fast rising Leopards.
The Nocholas Muyoti coached side Homeboyz scored first through Stephen Opoku in the third minute as George Odiwuor doubled in the ninth minute and David Okoth scored the third in the 14th minute before substitute Steve Wakanya made it 4-0 in the 67th minute for Juma Abdallah tutored Stima.
Following the win, the Kakamega based side lies 10th on the log with 21 points from 17 games.
At Ruiru, Posta Rangers derailed Leopards speed for the top position after playing to a barren draw.
A win could have leveled them with leaders on 35 points as they lagged with 33 points.
With the draw, Rangers leapfrog Nairobi City Stars to 12th on 18 points.
Leopards were forced to finish with ten men after captain Isaac Kipyegon was sent off in the 49th minute.
