Collins Injera scored two tries over the weekend to tie on try score with Philip Wokorach in the Kenya Cup.
The Mwamba RFC player went past the try-line twice when Mwamba edged out Nakuru in the Kenya Cup quarterfinals at Nakuru Athletics Club but Wokorach from Kabras Sugar has not engaged in any match lately after he led his side to lead the league standings.
Wokorach from Uganda international has scored a total of 23 tries for the sugar millers, made 31 conversions, four penalties, for a total of 189 points.
The kakamega based club has only lost one match against Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) and leads the table ahead of KCB who gained automatic qualification into the play-offs.
Injera now on top with Wokorach with 115 points from 23 tries, no conversions and penalties
Next, Mwamba will be traveling to kakamega to face Sugar millers in the Kenya Cup semifinals.
