Kenyan sensational tennis player Angella Okutoyi will be facing off with Emily Seibold at the finals of the ongoing World Tennis Tour set for tomorrow at the Karen Golf club.
Today, the Wimbledon double champion defeated second seed Caroline Romeo from France 2-1 to set for the final against 22 year of Germany International Seibold.
The former Kenya Open champion Okutoyi won against 28 year old Romeo in 6-2 and 6-3.
The former Africa Under-18 champion is the only Kenyan player remaining in the one-week long tournament.
She defeated Indian Sharanya Shetty 6-0, 6-0 in the quarterfinal shoen over Sevil Yuldasheva from Uzbekistan 6-4, 6-4 in thirds round and Emma Tothova from Slovakia 6-1, 6-4 and Romeo.
Seibold was 6-1 and 6-4 against Israeli Adi Bitton, in the semifinals then beat Macedonian Magdalena Stoilkovska 6-2, 6-2 in the quarterfinals, Alexandra Iordache from Romania 7-6, 7-6, and American Sabastiani Leon, who is seeded fourth, 6-2, 6-2 in that order.
