Kenyans Samuel Lomoi and Rodah Tanui Jepkorir were the winners silver medals at today’s Firenze marathon held in Italy.
In men, Lomoi managed silver after clocking 2:09.00 bahind the champion Fikadu Kebede Debele who won in 2:08.45 with compatriot Ibrahim Ado completing the podium in 2:10.58.
In women, it was the similar results as Jepkorir was second in 2:26.21 behind Ethiopian Temesa Baysa Atsede in 2:25.12 with Rwandese Clementine Mukandanga coming third in 2:28.00.
