Reigning Tokyo legacy half marathon champion Vincent Ng’etich Kipkemoi won the men’s 21km race in 59:00.1 ahead of training mate
Geoffrey Kipchumba (59:44.0) and Patrick Mosin (59:48.4).
Catherine Relin from Iten won the women’s title in 1:06.48 ahead Jackline Chelal (1:07.46) and Janet Chepkoech (1:08.26)
