Juniors to chase for CAA under 18/20 slots at Athletics Kenya national trials in Nakuru

At least 45 top junior athletes will be hoping to earn a slot into the Team kenya squad ahead of Confederation of Africa Athletics (CAA) under 18/20 championships that will be staged in Nigeria next month.

Afraha stadium in Nakuru county will be hosting the trials, starting from tomorrow Friday June 20^th to Saturday June 22^nd where Athletics Kenya will be hosting the national trials for the juniors ahead of the continental championships set for July 16^th to July 20^th in Abeokuta, Nigeria.

With 45 athletes, the federation will be seeking to select 18 athletes in the under 18 while 27 athletes to compete in the under 20 with both men and women respectively.
