Simon Kamau Njeri won the Cividale del Friuli marathon title held on Sunday in Italy.
The Kenyan won the title, crossing the finish line in 2:14:50; followed by compatriot Moses Lekuraa and Tommaso Manfredini.
In women, Ethiopian Sintayehu Tilahun Getahun won in 2:45:06 ahead of Elisa Pivetti, of Libertas Udine, and Astrid Faganel, of Jalmicco Corse Associazione.
In half marathon, the title was won by Kenyan Pauline Narogoi Esikon in 69:50 Jhon Ewoi Kametho with a time of 64:30.
