Michael Karanga was the winner of Railway Invitation, the Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) series title at the par 72 Kenya Railways golf club.
The Kiambu golfer fired six under par 66 to win the 4th title of the series as he chases the Magical Kenya Open come 2024.
He said that his main purpose is to be Kenya one and play at the 2024 Magical Kenya Open after missing this year’s edition.
“This year, there was much favouritism but I want to play good golf to earn the title outright and not through selection. I want a proper win and be Kenya One,” said Karanga.
