KCB ends Kabras Sugar’s unbeaten run

History repeated itself when Kabras Sugar failed to defeat Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) in the Kenya Cup tie on Saturday.

The Kenya Cup defending champions KCB ended the 10 match unbeaten match for Kabras Sugar in the match league played on Saturday at Impala Club to ensure the bankers dominance against sugar millers.

KCB made six tries with two penalties and four conversions to beat Kabras 44-20. Kabras made three tries, one penalty and a conversion.

Coming into the match, Kabras had won 10 times as the bankers go top with Kabras Sugar at 49 points.

In other matches Impala Saracens capitalised on home ground to defeat Homeboyz 36-27 as Nondescripts managed a slim win of 10-07 against Blak Blad. Mean Machine went down 15-36 against Menengai Oilers as Nakuru beat Mwamba 29-15 as Kenya Harlequins will be hosting Strathmore Leos in today’s only match.
