Kenya Police defeated Sony Sugar to maintain their lead on top of the National Super League (NSL) on Wednesday at the Awendo Stadium.
The uniformed officers were 2-1 winners away from home to open five-point lead against second placed FC Talanta who stunned Fortune Sacco by a solitary goal.
In other matches, Coast Stima who drew against Kisumu Allstars remained in thurd position with Sacco remaining in the 4th position leading Shabana to 5th.
Shabana played to a barren draw against APS Bomet Mount Kenya United six points after battling out to a barren draw against Murang’a Seals.
