Kenya to battle Nigeria in Copa Coca Cola final

David Leone lone goal propelled Kenya to edge out Zambia to book a date with Nigeria in tomorrow’s inaugural Copa Coaca Cola Africa Under 16 Cup of Nations finals.

St.Anthony’s Kitale, who are representing Kenya won against Namibia with a solitary goal in today’s semifinal match played at Nakuru High school.

Their win set to meet the  pre-tournament favourites Nigeria in the final at the Afraha Stadium on Sunday in what promises to be a thrilling encounter after Nigeria defeated Botswana 5-0 in the second semifinal.

The Peter Mayoyo coached side waited until the 49th minute when Leone converted a penalty when haron Kibiwott was fouled in the box.

En-route to the final, Kenyan walloped hapless Ethiopia 11-0, saw of Botswana 3-0 to top Pool A, before edging neighbours Uganda 1-0 in the quarters
