Kenya won bronze in the mixed 4x400m relay at the ongoing at the African Senior Athletics Championships in Accra, Ghana.
Kenya won bronze through the quartet of Samuel Chege, Laoline Aoko, Dennis Masika, and Maureen Najala.
The Kenyan team clocked 3:17.94 to finish behind champions Nigeria, who won gold in 3:16.44, adding another medal to Kenya’s growing tally at the continental.
At the same time, Kenyan decathlete Edwin Too also impressed after clinching silver in the decathlon to cap a successful day for Team Kenya in Accra.
