Kenyans Brillian Jepkorir Kipkoech and Collins Kipkurui Kipkorir all finished second as Ethiopians take top positions at the Ljubljana marathon in Slovenia.
In women, Jepkorir managed second position at 2:23:57 behind Ethiopian Tigist Gezahagn Menistu who won in 2:22:46 while Kenyan Janet Ruguru Githumbi completed the podium at 2:27:37.
Kipkurui settled for silver in men’s race after timing 2:09:09 in a race won by Ethiopian Haftamu Habdi Gebrisilase.
