National Super league champions Nairobi United defeated Etoile du Sahel in the CAF Confederation Cup match played today at the Ulinzi Sports Complex.
Ovella Ochieng and Duncan Omalla were on target for the Kenyan team in the 2-0 victory against Etoile from Tunisia in their first leg of the preliminary round ahead of next weekend’s return leg in Tunisia.
The Nicholas Muyoti coached side, making their debut in the continental showpiece, had to contain the African giants.
