Kenyan boys and girls recorded mixed results when the 2023 CAF African Schools Football Championships kicked off today at the Kasarani Stadium.
In the girls’ category, coached by Jackline Suma had a perfect start record by winning all their two matches on card.
They stared by beating Rwanda 2-0 with goals from Faith Boke and Brenda Achieng. This was followed by another 1-0 win over Tanzania with a goal by Tabitha Wambui without conceding a goal.
