Korir, wanyonyi and Kinyamal qualify into 800m final in Oregon

Olympic 800m champion Emmanuel Korir, world under 20 800m champion Emmanuel wanyonyi and Commonwealth Games 800m champion Wycliffe Kinyamal have qualified to compete at the 800m finals at the ongoing World Athletics Championships in Oregon, USA.

Korir won in his heat at 1:45.38 with Kinyamal coming second in his heat at 1:45.49 and Wanyonyi qualified as one of the fastest losers after being placed third in his heat. He clocked 1:45.42..
