Kwemoi settles for 5,000m silver at Paris Olympic Games

Former Commonwealth Games 1,500m silver medalist Ronald Kwemoi won silver in the 5,000m at the ongoing Olympic Games in Paris, France.

Kwemoi, the African championships 1,500m silver medalist won silver behind Norwegian Jakob Ingenrigtsen.

Kwemoi clocked 13:15.04 with Ingebrigtsen managing gold at 13:13.66 with American Grant Fisher settling for bronze in 13:15.

Kwemoi followed in second but it was a big battle to claim silver as Fisher nearly ruined his party.
