John lejirma defeated John Kamais to win the inaugural Diani beach Masters golf title, the Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) series played at the par 72 Diamond Leisure Beach and Glolf Resort.
The National team Captain managed to sink a birdie in the first hole play-off after tying four over par 220 in the third and final round.
The Kenya railways has remained in the second position after accumulating 646 points behind the leader Michael Karanga from Kiambu at 693 points with Nakuru’s Kamais still in 5th position with 219 points.
Lejirma made his 6th win of the year after winning Trans Nzoia Open in Kitale, Ronald Marshal and Toby Gibson in Njoro, Ruiru Open in Ruiru, Gold Field title in Kakamega and Diani Beach Masters at the Diamond Leisure Beach and Glolf Resort.
