Malkia Strikers, the national women’s volleyball team recorded an easy loss against the Dominican Republic in the FIVB World Cup in Sapporo.
The winless Strikers in the concluded Hamamtsu leg in Japan the Paul Bitok coached side started on a bad note, losing in straight sets of 1-25, 19-25 and 19-25.
In Japan, Kenya went down to Argentina 3-0 (25-14, 25-19, 25-15) in their last match on Friday before flying to Sapporo where they will also play Japan and China.
