Mandonga in a rematch against Wanyonyi

Tanzanian sensational boxer Karim ‘Mtu Kazi’ Mandonga will be facing off with Kenyan Daniel Wanyonyi in the repeat of Kenya’s Premier Professional Bout.

The Nyayo Tsavo Hall encounter will see Wanyonyi, the former Africa Boxing Union champion lost the last event against Mandonga when they were unveiled today the fight cards for the fight night.

The ten bouts on the day, which will involve young and experienced boxers drawn from hosts Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, will pave the way for a new partnership between Sarit Expo centre, Ultra Fight Series and KPBC, with the plan being to host upto five fights in every calendar year moving forward.

Mandonga, sitting across the table was ever in his vibrant state, shutting down all the noise from Wanyonyi and revealing his new slogan named ‘Kigugi‘ as one that will demolish the Kenyan with a boxing record of 28-14-2.

Wanyonyi threw the towel after the fifth round in the first fight against Mandonga on January 14, setting the stage for a rematch that after a postponement in March, will be finally held.
