The reigning Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) champion Michael Karanga was crowned the champion of 2025 Rwanda Open Champion that came to an end today at the par-72 Kigali Golf Resort and Villas in Rwanda.
Coming from Kiambu golf club, Karanga fired a total of four under par 284 in the four day tournament ahead of Magical Kenya Open set for this weekend at the par 71 Muthaiga Golf club.
He beat home player Hitayezu Jean D’Amour with three shots to second at one under par 287 with another Kenyan Adel Balala settling for third with two over par 290.
