Olympic 800m champion Mary Moraa will be making her entry at the Grand Slam Track League that will be held over the weekend in in Kingston, Jamaica.
With the league set for April 4 to 6, Moraa will be competing in both the 800m and 1500m as the requirement for an athlete to compete in at least two events.
She will be making her debut in the 1500m after moving from the 400m to 800m now 1,500m.
Addressing her fans on her facing page, Moraa said :“I’m ready and excited. Today, I am jetting out of the country to Jamaica for my first race of the Grand Slam season. It’s a new experience for me—running both the 800m and 1500m—but I know it will be a tough yet rewarding challenge. My training has gone well, and though this combination is unfamiliar territory, I am prepared to give it my all,”
