Muiru swing into Talitha Kum Children’s Home Charity

Playing on home ground, Peter Muiru won the Annual Talitha Kum Children’s Home Charity tournament played on Nyahururu golf club.

Sponsored by Fr Nicholas Kamau and Melrot Wines and Spirit limited, carded a solid 41 points, 25 in the first nine and 16 points in the second nine.

Muiru edged out Chege Machariawith 39 points in the second position, beating Cyrus Lwenyi on countback.

Susan Hiuko on 37 points was the ladies winner with guest title won by Fr Wilfred Mwaura from Ruiru Sports Club on 34 points.

Edmund Ndegwa and Sammy Wambugu were first nine and second nine winners with 22 points.
