Kenyans Jully Musangi and Faith Ogallo won bronze medals at the ongoing Africa Games in Accra, Ghana.
Yesterday, Musangi won the under 73Kgs Boxing title after losing to Omayma Boumin of Morocco in the semi-final. Initially, Musangi had beaten Luzia of Mozambique in the quarter-final to reach the last four.
Ogallo won the first in the heavyweight female +73kg category on Sunday.
In weightlifting, Esther Khavetsa won the first bronze in the 45kg while Juliana Anyango, competing in the 81kg category, bagged three bronze after lifting 73kg in snatch and 92kg in clean and jerk, totaling 165kg.
