Muthaiga beat Western team to maintain their top position ahead of tomorrow’s final of the ongoing Tannahill Shield Golf tournament at the Royal Nairobi golf club.
After two rounds on Friday and Saturday, Muthaiga’s Khushil Nathwani fired nine points in the afternoon, for a total of 35 points to lead the annual tournament with five ahead of Sunday finals.
After losing to Limuru 5-3, Muthaiga recovered to beat Western 6-2 to remain on top with Vet Lab and Western are joined second.
On Sunday, they will play Kenya Railway and Vet Lab in the final round to win the Shield.
