Kabras end KCB Kenya Cup unbeaten run

Champions KCB ended their unbeaten after falling to second placed Kabras Sugar in the Kenya Cup match played at the Nandi Bears golf club today.

At the same venue, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) edged out their university counterparts Blak Blad.

Hosts Kabras defeated the league leaders KCB 30-23 in one of the top flight rugby encounter in the country.

The Curtis Olago coached KCB remains undefeated in 18 Kenya Cup matches since losing to Kabras 19-3 in 2019.

Despite losing, the bankers still remains on top of the league with 38 points while sugar millers have accumulated 34 points after playing 10 and 8 matches respectively.

In the first match at the same venue, MMUST beat their university counterparts Blad 38-10.

In other matches, Kenya Harlequin beat Mwamba RFC 20-18
