Former All Africa games 400m silver medallist Boniface Mweresa failed to win a 400m medal at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England.
Mweresa finished four the in the final with his personal best of 44.96, narrowly missing a bronze to Zambia’s Muzala Samukonga in 44.66 where Briton Matthew Hudson-Smith won gold in 44.81 with Barbados’ Jonathan Jones going for bronze in 44.89.
