Kenya Universities Sports Association (KUSA15s) champions Nairobi University side Mean Machine will be hosting the opening leg of the encounter.
Mean Machine defeated Kenyatta University side Blak Blad 15-12 to claim the inaugural edition last year.
As the series kicks off this weekend, Daystar University will be playing Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA) as Cooperative University play Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in the second match.
Technical University of Mombasa (TUM) will be hosting Zetech while Kabarak play Dedan Kimathi University of Technology (DeKUT).
