Nakuru golf club Captain Robert Obondy is optimistic that Kenya Power Golf tournament will be a success according to the number of golfers registered for the event set for this Saturday.
“We are well prepared as a club and everything is in its best place ahead of the tournament,” said Obondy who last weekend hosted captain’s prize.
With rains pounding across the country, the captain said the event will be good since the greens will be holding the ball.
“The greens are greener and I want to say that it holds the ball. That means there will be less challenge when golfers take to the tee,” added Obondy.
