Nondescripts registered their second win against kenya Cup Champions Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) in the second Kenya Cup match played at KCB Sports Club.
After edging out Homeboyz last weekend, The Nondis thrashed KCB 27-22 today to end the 2o months unbeaten run for the Bankers.
Since 11th March 2017, KCB had not lost any match. They lost the match 27-24 to Impala Saracens and the last time they lost at home was Feb 18, 2017 going down 24-33 to Homeboyz.
KCB won the 2017/18 Kenya Cup title after going unbeaten for the entire season. The last time Nondies won the Kenya Cup was in 1998.
Nondies ran in five tries against KCB’s four tries to bag their second win of the season after slaying Homeboyz on match day one.
KCB’s next match is against Mwamba at home next weekend as Nondies hosts Menengai Oilers.
In other Kenya cup results, Mean Machine won against Strathmore Leos in the university derby 23-10, Nakuru went down 26-22 at home against Impala Saracens, newly promoted side Menengai Oilers used home ground well to defeat visiting kenya harlequins 14-08 as Homeboyz beat Mwamba 22-18 and Blak blad went down 37-10 to Kabras.
