Northern Wanderers on the losing start

Northern Wanderers lost their second match against Fortune Sacco in the second day of National Super League (NSL) played today at Kirinyaga stadium.

Wanderers lost 2-1 with goals from Babu Kisayi and Dennis Kariuki before Albert Lodang scoring the consolation.

In the opening match, the northern based team was thrashed 8-0 in the hands of Nairobi Stima last weekend.

Nairobi Stima recorded their second win against Kenya Police 2-1 at Karuturi Stadium. Victor Ochami broke the deadlock for Stima in the 61^st minute as Police leveled courtesy of David Oluoch but Caleb Olilo restored the lead for a win after thrashing Northern 8-0 last weekend.
