Kenya junior tennis champion Angela Okutiyi has continued with her superlative performance after beating Zara Larke at the ongoing Australian Open Junior Championships at the Melbourne Park today.
The african champion lacked respect for home girl Larke after winning in 7-6 (7), 5-7 and 6-1 in the second round to storm into the third round of the championships.
She made history as the first Kenyan to move into the third round of the Grand Slam tournament and she will be facing off with Serbian Lola Radovojevic in the third round.
In the first round she beat Italian Federica Urgesi 6-4, 6-7 (5) and 6-3 to advance
