Olunga and Edmilson bag a brace as Al Duhail defeat Sepahan in AFC Champions league

Harambee Stars captain Michael Olunga grabbed a brace when his side Al Duhail beat Sepahan in the last group of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Champions League.

Olunga who missed to score in their last match when Al Duhail won to sail to the best of 16, managed to score two in a 5-2 win against Sepahan in their last pool D match played at the Buraidah in Saudi Arabia.

He opened the score in the 10th minute before Mohammed Nejad Medi leveld for Sepahan but Olunga restored Al Duhail’s lead with his second goal in the 35th minute as Edmilson Junior scored the third in the 41st minute for a 3-1 lead into break.

On return, Ferjani Sassi netted the 4th for a 4-1 lead and Soroush Rafiei scored the second goal for Sepahan for a 4-2 before Edmilson sealed the victory in the 90th minutes.
