Michael Olunga grabbed hat-trick for his new club Al Duhail SC who demolished Al Ahli Doha to advance to the quarter-finals of the 2021 Amir Cup.
The former Kashiwa Reysol top scorer netted a hat-trick as they thrashed their opponents 6-0.
He opened the score from a spot kick in the 6th minute added his second in the 43rd minute and sealed the hat-trick in the 69th minute to go home with the match ball.
This was the first time for former Gor Mahia to score in the Qatar based club after missing to net against Al Sadd and Qatar SC.
After scoring the opener through the penalty when Eduardo Pereira Rodrigues (Dudu) was brought down in the box then Edmilson Junior Paulo doubled the lead in the 16th minute as Olunga added his second in the 43rd minute as they went into break 3-0 up.
The Olunga grabbed his hat-trick on 69th minute and 4th for Al Duhail as Luiz Martin Ceara scored the 5th in the 78th minute and Edmilson bagging the brace.
