Africa 100m record holder Ferdinand Omanyala was top search in Kenya in the latest Google report.
In it’s Kenya’s annual search report Omanyala was amiong the top searched local personalities alongside deputy president William Ruto, Machakos governor Alfred Mutua, former Attorney General Charles Njonjo, Dagoretti South MP Simba Arati and Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria.
Google’s communications and public affairs manager Africa, Sharon Machira said: “Google’s 2021 year in search lists compiles the moments, people, topics, events and places that captured Kenyans attention during the year.”
The trending topics were BBI ruling, KDF recruitment, SGR bookings, Pandora Papers and Afghanistan.
