Africa 100m record holder Ferdinand Omanyala will be facing off with Olympic 100m champion Marcell Jacobs at the Lievin World Indoor Championships in France.
The duo, who faced off at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japna, will be taking on each other in the 60m Indoor challenge.
After winning Metz Indoor with another national Indoor record with 6.60 seconds adding on his 6.63 seconds win at the Miramas take on Jacobs, another winner in Lievin last year and goes to France meeting after winning in Berlin (6.51) and Lodz (6.49).
Others in the race will be USA’s world indoor bronze medallist Ronnie Baker has the fastest PB of the field at 6.40 – 0.07 quicker than Jacobs’ best.
