Kenyan Pamela Adhiambo has professional and headed for LP Viest, the Finland based volleyball club.
Adhiambo, who was part of malkia Strikers team at the Olympic Games in Paris, France, was unveiled yesterday as the attacker is expected to demonstrate her exceptional skills and tenacity on the court.
The Kenya Pipeline Company attacker flew straight to Finland to seal the deal as the rest of the team landed back home on Tuesday.
LP Viest has won nine Finland league titles as they sign Adhiambo on nine months contract before the Olympics.
At 23, Adhiambo a former student at Nyakach Girls’ High School has quickly rose through the ranks, making a significant impact on the team when she named Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.
