Posta Rangers, Bandari and KCB were victorious in today’s Kenya Premier league matches played across the country.
At Machakos stadium, Rangers defeated AFC Leopards by a solitary goal as ten men KCB beat Murang’a 2-0 to go top of the league as Bandari beat league debutants Mara Sugar 1-0 while Kakamega Homeboyz played out to a barren draw with league returnees Mathare United after two matches.
Rangers remains unbeaten after a 1-1 draw in the opening match against Bandari two weeks ago and have collected four points.
KCB’s Haniff Wesonga and Patrick Otieno were on target in the 2-0 against Murang’a in the 46th and 60th minutes after finishing with ten men when new signing Danson Kiprono was sent off.
With the victory, bankers go top with four points, same as Kariobangi Sharks Rangers and Bandari but with better goal difference.
