Led by captain Sammy Karegai said that they entered into the tournament as the only league team as part of a buildup matches for the national league.

“We have registered 100% wins and without dropping a set and this was part of our preparations for the for the league to play against top teams in the country. As the only team from the larger Rift Valley we realized our fitness was down so we went back to the drawing board and through our coaches we have improved following a disappointing outing last year,” said Karegai.

He assured that the team is in good shape heading for the third round promising to win all their weekend where they will play against Nyanza Prisons and Vihiga County.
