Hosts Royal Nairobi Golf club players took a home advantage to reclaim their Tannahill Shield golf championships that came to an end yesterday.
In a hotly contested title, the champions managed to collect 45 points, one better than Muthaiga as Western team came a distance third on 43 points.
Royal had last won the title in 2024 before Mombasa snatching the 2025 edition and now, they reclaim the title in the 101 edition of the annual Easter Holiday golf tournament.
The champions maintained their winning ways starting from round one with 15 points followed by Muthaiga (13) and Sigona (12) but Windsor were good in round 2 with 12 points with Muthaiga second with 11 with Royal at 10.
In the third round, Western Team bagged 11 points with Vet Lab in second at 10same us Royal.
In the final round, Western had 16-point followed by Muthaiga at 12 points then Royal Nairobi with ten.
